Zactr Platform Wiki

Amazon marketplace intelligence for categories, bestsellers, sellers, ASINs, Buy Box, deals, keywords and Google Trends across seven marketplaces.

Company overview

Zactr Analytics is a marketplace intelligence company founded in 2024 by Abe Gods and headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The company describes Gods as a Geneva-based venture capitalist. Zactr develops research and monitoring tools for Amazon sellers, brands, agencies, analysts, aggregators and investors.

The platform connects product, seller, category, bestseller, Buy Box, offer, promotion and demand observations. Its purpose is to help users evaluate marketplace movement, investigate competitors, monitor product portfolios and identify commercial risks or opportunities.

Zactr is an independent analytics service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, ASIN, Buy Box and related names are used descriptively in connection with marketplace analysis.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the starting point for account activity. It summarises seller position, Buy Box priorities, market activity, saved research, reports and notifications according to the account membership.

Access is controlled by membership and workspace scope. A verified seller workspace is limited to the connected seller and tracked products, while marketplace-wide research is available under the corresponding professional access level.

Seller workspace

A seller workspace connects a verified Amazon seller identity to Zactr. It presents the observed storefront portfolio, tracked ASINs, current marketplace evidence and actions that may require review.

Seller Intelligence brings together Buy Box changes, offer competition, price gaps, fulfilment evidence, promotions, category position and bestseller activity. Competitive seller profiles show portfolio overlap and observed marketplace position for research and benchmarking.

ASIN research and tracking

ASIN Research provides a product-level view of title, brand, category placement, current and historical pricing evidence, Buy Box state, sellers, offers, fulfilment, promotions and marketplace statistics where available.

Watchlists allow users to save important ASINs for repeated monitoring. Products can be followed as owned listings, competitors, sourcing candidates, bestseller entrants or other research targets. Seller Data links observed products back to the relevant seller portfolio.

Category Intelligence

Category Intelligence compares completed marketplace captures to show structural change. Available measures include product, seller and brand movement; new and used offer activity; Amazon presence; FBA share; coupon activity; Buy Box pricing; volatility; and related-category changes.

Users can filter and rank categories to investigate growth, contraction, competition, promotion intensity and price movement. Opportunity and demand indicators are screening tools intended to guide deeper product and seller research rather than guarantee a commercial outcome.

Best Seller Intelligence

Best Seller Intelligence follows ranked products across observed bestseller categories. It records rank, entrants, exits, persistence, velocity and category movement, then connects ranked ASINs to product, seller, offer, Buy Box and promotion evidence where available.

The view can be used to distinguish short-lived ranking changes from products that sustain visibility, identify categories with higher turnover and inspect the sellers or brands connected to ranked products.

Buy Box and offer intelligence

Buy Box Intelligence shows the latest observed Buy Box holder, price, fulfilment evidence, competing offers and freshness for tracked products. Seller-level views highlight ownership losses, price gaps and competing sellers that may merit investigation.

Offer intelligence distinguishes observed FBA and FBM competition and connects offers with pricing, seller identity and promotion evidence. These observations are decision support and do not represent a seller's private sales, inventory or profitability data.

Deals and promotions

Deal Intelligence connects observed deals, coupons, discounts and Lightning Deals with ASINs, sellers and categories. Users can examine promotion type, price movement, discount depth and the relationship between promotional activity and marketplace visibility.

Category-level promotion measures help compare deal pressure across product groups. Product-level records help identify which ASINs and sellers are actively using promotions and whether the observed effect persists after the promotion.

Keywords, search and Google Trends

Demand intelligence combines marketplace search observations, keyword activity, rank-page themes and Google Trends context. It is designed to identify rising queries, seasonal interest, new demand areas and product groups that may warrant further validation.

Google Trends values indicate relative search interest rather than absolute search volume. Keyword and trend evidence should therefore be assessed together with category movement, bestseller behaviour, offers and product-level competition.

Product Finder

Product Finder supports structured product discovery using marketplace filters and saved research queries. Users can preview a query, run it against the available data, inspect matching products and export results where their membership permits.

The workflow is intended for category research, product screening, competitive analysis and portfolio planning. Results remain dependent on the selected filters, marketplace coverage and freshness of the underlying observations.

Copilot and analytical scores

Zactr Copilot provides a natural-language interface for questions about supported marketplace and seller evidence. It helps users navigate the available data and summarise product, seller, category, Buy Box, offer and demand observations.

Analytical fields can include opportunity, Buy Box risk, offer pressure, demand, promotion pressure, confidence and recommended action. These indicators prioritise evidence for review; they are not forecasts of guaranteed sales or investment returns.

Reports and exports

Market Analysis provides periodic marketplace reports covering category movement, bestseller changes, demand, promotions, Buy Box activity and competitive themes. Private seller reports focus on one verified seller and its observed portfolio.

Reports may be available as protected PDF editions. Dashboard workflows also provide CSV or PDF exports for supported research, seller and intelligence views according to account permissions.

API

The Zactr API uses bearer-key authentication and exposes structured product, seller and portfolio data. Seller-scoped access is limited to one verified seller and that seller's own or tracked products.

Marketplace-wide API access extends to category, bestseller, deal, keyword, analytical score and Buy Box ownership objects. Keys, usage scope and applicable rate limits are managed from the authenticated dashboard.

Marketplace coverage

Zactr maintains marketplace data for Germany, India, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the United States. The availability, depth and freshness of categories, bestsellers, sellers, products, offers, deals, keywords and trends can differ by marketplace.

Each intelligence view should be read with its displayed observation date and coverage status. A completed category snapshot, current bestseller run and recent product enrichment may have different timestamps because the underlying datasets update on different schedules.

Memberships

Silver provides access to periodic market analysis reports. It is intended for users who want a concise view of marketplace, category, bestseller, demand, deal and competitive movement.

Gold provides a verified seller workspace, seller-specific intelligence, ASIN tracking, Buy Box and offer monitoring, private seller reports and seller-scoped API access for one seller and tracked products.

Platinum provides marketplace-wide research across sellers, ASINs, categories, bestsellers, deals and demand, together with expanded exports and unrestricted marketplace API access under the agreed account limits. Platinum access is handled by request.

Data interpretation

Zactr reports source-timestamped observations. Marketplace records may be delayed, incomplete, revised or temporarily unavailable, and coverage varies by product and marketplace.

The platform does not know a customer's private units sold, revenue, margin, inventory or advertising expenditure unless a feature explicitly receives that information. Users should verify underlying evidence and apply their own commercial, legal and financial judgement before acting.

Support

Account, billing, workspace, data and API questions can be submitted through the Zactr contact page or by email to support@zactr.com.
